Yes — Merry Tourism operates 4 wheelchair-accessible Mercedes Vito vans with ramp access and securement anchors. Book the "Accessible Vito" option (€75 IST→Taksim) and note the wheelchair dimensions in the booking. Drivers are trained in passenger assistance, including transfer to the seat if preferred. For folding manual wheelchairs we can also accommodate in a standard Vito. Request at least 12 hours in advance to guarantee an accessible vehicle is dispatched.

Yes — up to 2 additional stops within central Istanbul (Taksim/Beşiktaş/Şişli/Sultanahmet) are included at €10 per stop, with maximum 15 minutes wait at each stop. Common use cases: pharmacy pickup, dropping a family member at a different hotel, brief sightseeing pause at Galata Tower or the Bosphorus viewpoint. Add stops in the booking notes — the driver receives the updated route automatically. Longer detours or stops in distant districts may require a Sprinter or 4-hour disposal rate.
