All rates are fixed — no extra charge for waiting time, additional stops within the booked period, or traffic.

The daily private driver package (8 hours / 150 km) includes: Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, or S-Class vehicle; NDA-signed professional chauffeur; onboard Wi-Fi; chilled bottled water; USB-C fast charging; fixed price guarantee. Additional hours are billed at the pre-agreed hourly rate. Child seats, English/German/Russian-speaking chauffeur, and custom route planning are provided on request.

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legally binding contract in which the chauffeur commits never to disclose any information learned during an assignment — conversation content, visited addresses, personal details — to any third party. All Merry Tourism chauffeurs sign an NDA before their first booking. This is a critical guarantee for business executives, public figures, government delegations, and anyone for whom privacy in transit is non-negotiable.

Yes. An infant seat (0–13 kg), child seat (9–18 kg), or booster (15–36 kg) can be added to any private driver booking at no extra cost. Simply include the child's age and weight in the booking notes, and the correct ECE-certified seat will be installed in your vehicle before pickup.

The Mercedes E-Class is a premium sedan seating up to 3 passengers with 2 large suitcases — ideal for business travel and couple/family transfers. The Mercedes V-Class (Viano) is a premium people-carrier seating up to 6 with 6–8 large bags — better suited for families, large business groups, and multi-day travellers with heavy luggage. The V-Class sliding door and wide cabin layout also make it notably easier for parents with young children and travellers using wheeled cases.

For limited-availability vehicles like the Mercedes S-Class, 48–72 hours advance booking is recommended. Wedding and large multi-vehicle events should be booked 1–2 weeks ahead.
