Yes. For bookings from the Netherlands and Belgium, we default-assign a Turkish-Dutch bilingual driver. If a Dutch speaker is unavailable on your date, the English-speaking driver is used — your WhatsApp queries are still handled in Dutch. Note "Dutch-speaking" in the remarks field. For delays beyond 120 minutes our 24/7 dispatch contacts you to adjust logistics, again without surprise charges. No meter, no night surcharge between 22:00-06:00.

Yes. Our Mercedes Sprinter accommodates up to 8 passengers plus 10 large suitcases — perfect for Turkish-Dutch families travelling with gifts for relatives or wedding guests staying multiple days. During Ramadan and Şeker Bayramı (Suikerfeest), multi-stop is standard. You book one fixed price for the entire route — e.g. IST → hotel Taksim (drop luggage) → aunt in Sultangazi (30 min coffee stop) → grandparents in Bağcılar (90 min meal stop) → back to hotel — for one all-in fare in Vito €120. No per-stop surcharge, no waiting fee. Specify all addresses at booking; we plan the optimal route and confirm via WhatsApp.

SAW (Sabiha Gökçen) is on the Asian side, 70 km away — used by Pegasus PC1273 (AMS→SAW direct) and some Corendon flights. SAW → IST cross-airport transfer is €55 sedan, €75 Vito due to the Yavuz Sultan Selim bridge toll and distance. Check your flight number before booking: PC = SAW, KL/TK = mostly IST. For transit between IST and SAW we recommend a 4-hour minimum buffer.

For same-day family visits (round-trip to Bursa) we offer fixed round-trip €220 Vito including 3 hours wait time in Bursa. Multi-day intercity packages on request.

Yes, child seats are available on request (0-12 month infant carrier, 9-18 kg child seat, 22-36 kg booster). Note your children's ages at booking and we fit the right type. For two children together we recommend Mercedes Vito for extra space. No extra cost for child seats. Toys for the ride and cold water for kids are offered by our Turkish-Dutch driver.

For July-August summer season and bayram periods (Ramadan/Suikerfeest and Kurban Bayramı) we recommend 7-14 days advance booking — Turkish-Dutch families book heavily in these months and Sprinters are limited. For normal dates (September-June) 48 hours is enough. Last-minute (within 24 hours) is possible via WhatsApp +90 537 040 68 22 but Sprinter availability not guaranteed. Confirmation within 30 minutes in Dutch.
