How does the cruise terminal (Galataport) transfer work?▼
IST to Galataport (Karaköy) is 55 minutes, €75 Vito VIP / €65 Vito. SAW to Galataport is 70 minutes, €90 Vito VIP / €85 Vito. We drop you at the terminal door; the driver schedules an early pickup based on your check-in. Luggage is delivered to the nearest cruise drop-off.
Is there a night arrival surcharge (00:00–06:00)?▼
No. Private transfer is 24/7 flat. The driver tracks your flight live and offers 60 minutes free waiting for delays / luggage issues. If your charter lands 02:00–04:00, the Mercedes price is fixed at booking, while the yellow taxi fare depends on the meter and traffic.
Can I make multiple stops (hotel + airport + restaurant)?▼
Yes — multi-stop bookings are supported. With extra stops, the fixed price is calculated at booking from the actual route distance including every stop. Example: IST → hotel → restaurant → hotel → IST. Add the stop addresses to the booking note; a fixed price is calculated. Hourly hire (4 hours from Taksim) is also available: Vito €110 / Vito VIP €125.
How does the return transfer work?▼
Combo round-trip bookings get a 10% discount. Hotel pickup is 3.5 hours before flight for IST and 2.5 hours before for SAW. The driver collects from the hotel reception, loads luggage and drops you at the airport entrance. WhatsApp/email confirmation 24 hours ahead.
Payment + cancellation policy?▼
Cash on arrival (EUR/USD/GBP/TRY), paid directly to the driver; no card or online payment for this transfer. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, then 50% refund.
