Antalya Airport (AYT) → Alanya takes 1.5-2 hours via the D-400 coastal highway, distance approximately 125 km. Off-peak (early morning, late night) the trip can be done in 90 minutes. Summer Saturday peak transfers can extend to 2.5 hours due to changeover-day traffic in Antalya, Belek and Side corridors. Merry Tourism uses live traffic and bypasses Antalya city centre via Aksu. Sprinter (8-16 pax) at €240 is best for families and groups.
